Olivier Award nominated singer and actor, Marsha is a Broadway and West End sensations.
Born and raised in a small town in North Carolina, Wallace has taken her immense talent around the world.
An accomplished Broadway and West End performer, Marisha appeared in the original cast of Aladdin on Broadway and went on to storm the stage in Something Rotten. Bringing her voice across the pond to the West End, she went on to star as Effie White in Dreamgirls and is currently starring in Hairspray as Motormouth Maybelle at the London Coliseum, which will be the first West End show to return after lockdown.
Adding to an exciting summer, Marisha can be seen in Netflix’s Feel Good, starring alongside Mae Martin and Lisa Kudrow.
Her powerful and soulful voice isn’t limited to the musical theatre world either. In the first lockdown, Marisha released a cover of Tomorrow to raise funds for performers who were suddenly out of work with no income. Signed to Decca Records later in the year, Marisha released her debut album Tomorrow which became Radio 2’s ‘Album of the Week’.
