Since 2010, Alex Jones has fronted the BBC’s flagship programme, The One Show, the most watched daytime magazine show on British TV.

Fronting the BBC’s coverage of The Invictus Games, this year saw Alex present from The Netherlands in the sporting event set up by Prince Harry for wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women.

Fluent in Welsh, Alex has hosted the BAFTA Cymru Awards, Alex Jones - Fertility & Me for BBC One, The Secrets in my Family for W Channel amongst many other critically acclaimed shows.
