After training at Ashburton Chefs Academy, Jane Dunn took the plunge and launched her much-loved and award-winning blog Jane’s Patisserie in 2014.
Sharing her favourite baking recipes, Jane quickly found a loyal following who fell in love with her bold, colourful, customisable creations which are accessible for all levels of bakers.
Jane decided to start blogging full-time in 2018 and It's no surprise Jane's Patisserie was voted the number one baking blog of 2020 and 2021 by Vuello. With over 350,000 subscribers, Jane's Patisserie is a global phenomenon racking up over 60 million views every year.
Jane's debut cookbook, Jane’s Patisserie, which includes both popular classics from the blog alongside new and exclusive recipes requested by her followers, was published in August 2021.
The Sunday Times number one bestseller shattered records becoming the fastest selling baking book of all time and the third best-selling cookbook since records began.
Jane’s second book Jane’s Patisserie: Celebrate! was published in August 2022. The book shot to number one on Amazon and topped the Sunday Times Bestsellers chart.
