Based in London, Megan has over 20 years’ experience in the entertainment industry, working across public relations, radio broadcasting, marketing, music, record labels and events.

Founded in 2014, Carver PR’s ethos was to do things a bit differently; to work really closely with individuals and management teams, to understand audiences and know how to reach them. To help create exciting stories and elevate people into the mainstream.

Working with some of the most established names in the entertainment industry and with experience across all mediums, Megan fully understands the needs of individual clients, corporate and media. It is this knowledge, along with her exceptional talent management skills, that are the backbone of Carver PR and led to an inclusion in PR Week’s Power Book 2021.

Megan has helped create three brand new superstars, Joe Wicks, BOSH! and Caroline Hirons, achieve award winning Number 1 books, TV shows and consumer products, as well as managing the profiles of some of the biggest names in UK media.

Passionate about sharing her knowledge, Megan has spoken at Ad Week, as well as mentoring for The Queens Young Leaders programme.

In 2016 Megan achieved an Advanced Media Law Diploma from the London School of Journalism. This qualification and crisis experience means Megan can deal with every issue no matter how big or small.  

Prior to Carver PR, Megan was a successful BBC Radio 1 Producer across daytime shows, with playlist responsibility for youth audiences. Megan was also responsible for producing sessions and interviews with a host of Global stars including Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and David Attenborough.

After 10 years at the BBC, Megan became Marketing Director for Sony’s RCA Record label overseeing a team responsible for the UK’s marketing of artists including Whitney Houston, Usher, Alicia Keys, Hurts and The Script.

Megan’s knowledge of popular culture is ridiculous, which is probably why she loves a pub quiz. It’s also fair to say she’s pretty obsessed with skincare.
