With more than eight years of PR experience in the music, television and entertainment industries, Josephin started her career at Syco Entertainment, Simon Cowell’s joint venture with Sony Music. She spent five years working on some of the world’s most successful television formats, including Got Talent and The X Factor, managing publicity campaigns for the shows, the show’s talent, as well as artists signed to Syco Music. 

Following three years at LD Communications, managing print, online and broadcast press for the likes of Download Festival, The Great Escape, the BRIT Awards, Montreux Jazz Festival, Cirque Du Soleil and more, while working on the daily running of The Rolling Stones’ press office, Josephin joined Carver PR in July 2022 to head up the fast-growing music team. 

When not in the office, Josephin can usually be found in a field at festivals, popping along to gigs, kicking a ball or hiking up mountains.
